Current Conditions
Our current facilities require constant maintenance in order to provide a dignified and excellent learning environment to our students.
Our rapid enrollment growth is not proportional to our building dimensions and our school has reached its maximum capacity. For this reason, we are not able to admit any new student applicants in order to avoid overcrowding. The current space has become too small for our school.
The essence of the center is to offer an education in accordance with Christian values to every family who so desires, regardless of their socioeconomic status. For this reason, most of the teachers and non-teaching staff have given up receiving salaries. Therefore, parents are the ones who clean and maintain the center. The school reduces its fees to the minimum required in order to sustain the project. In other words, if we do not want to affect families, we cannot finance it through tuition.
Building to educate
In order to expand our current space to meet our students’ needs and accept new enrollment applications, we have initiated a construction project to build and equip a new school. The new building will have capacity for 800 students. The initial phase is designed for a single school with a capacity of 400 students, with the second phase scheduled to expand into a second school with capacity for 800 students. The constructed area will be 12,600 m2 and will include an auditorium, two playgrounds, a sports center, and a cafeteria, as well as specially equiped classrooms for the preschool, elementary, middle school, and high school grades.

This corresponds to the earthworks on the plot, foundations and reinforced concrete structure, on the ground floor and three floors.

PHASE 1:
EXCAVATION AND FOUNDATIONS
This phase addresses the exterior facades, interior layouts, flooring and false ceilings, as well as general installation conduits (sanitation connections, electrical installations, etc.). Estimated value: 3.800.000€
PHASE 2:
STRUCTURE AND MASONRY
Finishes, interior and exterior carpentry, painting, and installations. We leave the building ready for use.

Chairs, sports and school supplies, computers, etc.
